We are Patrizia (37, tenant) and Rita (34, tenant) looking for a third tidy and respectful flatmate to join in the 3rd double room of the flat.
We have three spacious rooms with a bathroom and kitchen that we share.
This specific room comes with a double bed, bedside table, a chest of 3 drawers, a wardrobe with hanging space, shelves for storage and a table with a chair (perfect for work from home set up).
This room is airy and gets plenty of sunshine during the day.
In terms of reference, it would be good to have a way to show you can afford the rent and a reference from a previous landlord. We will also have an in-person chat as well. Nina (landlord of the flat, Who does not live here) will be contacting and answering any questions you might have for her.
