• Transport - The house is ideally located. DLR station is 2 mins walk and District and Hammersmith line station is 8 mins walk from the house along with plenty of bus service routes at 2 mins walk from the house. Easy access to anyone who is working in Canary Wharf and Liverpool Street/Moorgate as well. Stratford is two stops away on DLR.

• Features - The room has a double bed, good storage and a great mirror. I am leaving behind my WFH setup, so you can use these. I will also leave my kitchen utensils – so nothing for you to set up. The bathroom is spacious with bath/shower, plenty of storage which is rare to find in a house in London. The private bathroom is just outside the room, so it still feels like an ensuite. There is wifi. Band D.

• Amenities - The house comes fully furnished with all the white goods including dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave, electric hob, etc.

• Short term – 22 September 2024 to 21 February 2025 (5 months).

• Rent - The rent inclusive of bills is £970 per month for the room.

• Why the room is available? – I have to be out of London for work purposes for a short term.
