The place is spacious, bright and modern.
It is on the top floor of the building, but has a lift. This gives the benefit of great views of Canary Wharf from the balcony.
It has good transport links to the city and Canery wharf, near the Stafford Westfield, a short walk from Victoria park and Hackney Wick.
It is also a short walk from Roman road which has all means of grocery/toiletries and other shopping.
The flat comes with its own parking space in an underground garage. There is also a concierge located on the estate for parcel deliveries during working hours.
I consider myself a very relaxed house mate. I prefer to be clean and tidy, but this is not a deal breaker. I work in the city and am out from 8-8 most days. I'm also out most weekends visiting my partner in the North, so you would have the place yo yourself.
