Flat has lovely high ceilings and lots of natural light, always kept to a very clean standard. Bedroom has a projector wall, pull out double sofa bed, full-size desk. Shared kitchen and bathroom, no balcony. (Old pics of kitchen and bathroom - flat is currently being replastered so can’t take new ones but general vibes are the same with less clutter). Bedroom walls will be bare and freshly painted for you.

Overlooks main road with lots of buses. 3 min walk to Bow Church station, 8 min to Bow Road, 10 min to big Tesco, 20 mins to Victoria Park. Lots of shops, cafe’s, restaurants etc nearby.

Flatmates are 2 black queer artists. 25+ preferred, priority for people with disabilities.

The flat isn’t wheelchair accessible: 2nd floor, no lift, shower over bath
