My current flatmate is moving out, so I’m looking to renew the lease with someone new! The lease starts early October.

🛌 The flat & room:
➖ A spacious double bedroom with an ensuite in a 2 bedroom flat
➖ Currently £1092pm each, but we are awaiting our renewal valuation so it may increase slightly
➖ Bills come to £150pm each (council tax, gas/electric, water, wi-fi)
➖ The room comes with a double bed, mattress, and drawers. My flatmate is open to selling other bits of furniture
➖ Open-plan living area, fully equipped kitchen & massive balcony
➖ Extra storage space available in the hallway
➖ The area is incredibly quiet and feels very secure
