My flatmate (F25, works at City University) and I (F25, architecture) are looking for a professional 3rd flatmate to fill this room in our flat *ASAP*.

🌸 £850 + bills (£25 - £50p/m) (varies based on season - but generally very cheap!
🌸 contract starts Nov 4th 2024 (1 year contract, 6 months break clause)
🌸 East London - 6min walk to Bromley by Bow station / 10 min to Bow Road station
🌸 VERY well connected by bus
🌸 Beautiful south east facing large critter windows (all day sun)
🌸 Girls only flat✨

We’re looking for someone who’s clean and doesn’t WFH full time ideally. This is for fair utility usage distribution, but it’s not a hard rule so message me if you fit everything else!

We’re both practicing Muslims so someone with a similar lifestyle would be beautiful — ie we don’t drink. Vegans and vegetarians are more than welcome x

We’re looking for someone we can have movie nights with and moan about the abysmal state of online dating with — individual brainrott time to recharge in our rooms alone is also key.

Sara and I are creative girlies and have enough hobbies to keep a village going, so if you’re also a chronic hobby hoarder, you’re the perfect fit! In this household we love crocheting, sewing, painting, drawings, films, books, plants, thrifting, DYI, cats, dinners in candlelight, and home baked goods.

I’m also a fan of interior design so looking for a partner in crime to really get our dream Pinterest home going.
