I’m looking to sublet my beautiful factory converted flat, with a beautiful cat as part of the furnishings, while I’m away for 1 month. The flat will be available from 18th December - 17th January.
It would be perfect for anyone wanting to experience London over Christmas and New Year or needing a short term let.
My cat will be present in the flat, I don’t want her alone while I’m away for one month. Her favourite activity is sleeping and she loves bedtime cuddles, I would want someone who is happy with cats.
With this being my home and very pampered cat, I need someone who will respect both the home and animal, treat them as a home while here. No parties or groups.
The flat is a one bed, has a double bedroom with in built double wardrobe, there will be space cleared on one side. Storage space inside the wardrobe or under the bed.
For the full 31 days it will be £1200. Can work out nightly if not wanting to stay for the full duration. There is a £400 deposit as I want to secure the right person to care for my home and pet.
THE APARTMENT:
Located right next to the river Lea, (perfect for running / walking along), 15 minutes walk along the canal to vibrant Hackney Wick. The building is a converted chocolate factory, beautiful large windows and red brick. Includes 24/7 security, gated development, secure bike storage in the courtyard.
Kitchen has all the standard equipment: fridge / freezer, kettle, microwave, drip coffee machine etc and plenty of storage. Washing machine in hallway cupboard next to the bathroom.
Large lounge with smart tv.
THE AREA:
Located within 5 minutes from Bow Road (DLR), 10 - 15 minutes from Bow Road (Hammersmith & City, District line) or Mile End (Central line) stations, there are also several bus lines and the cycle highway is outside the gate.
Large Tesco superstore 10 minutes walk, multiple small local stores within 5 minutes. Several cafes and an art gallery / cafe within 5 minutes. Stratford Westfield is easily accessible by walking, bus or bike, providing anything you’d need. Olympic park and Victoria park are 15 - 20 minutes walk, both beautiful and lovely for a walk or run.
