Double bedroom with own Bathroom available in Bow

I have one double bedroom available. This room has its own bathroom and comes full-furnished with huge wardrobe, table and ergonomic chair.

There’s also shared living room with 43” tv and sofabed, and open plan kitchen with all kitchen appliances (including nespresso machine and air-fryer)

The room is available from 12 January 2025. You will be replacing my housemate who is moving out as her visa is expiring, so she is going back to her hometown. Current contract available until end of May 2025, but can be extended if it works out - i’m happy if you’d like to stay for 3 months only.

Rent is £1075pcm + bills (total approx £1,200 pcm). Deposit is £1000.

About me: I’m Tifani, 32 years-old and work as engineer. I’m working mostly at home but 30% of the time travelling for work, so you have the house for yourself when I’m away. I like staying at home and watch tv most weekdays, and trying new restaurants on the weekend.
