It is a 2 bed 2 bath flat. We each have our own bathroom.

We have a washer/dryer, electric stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

Professionals or students are welcome. The room has a desk and chair which is perfect for WFH or studying!

Bills are not included in the rent and will be split between us evenly each month. In the winter it could go up to around £250 each. (this includes Council Tax, Wi-Fi, Utilities, and a monthly cleaning). But in the summer it would be lower.

A bit about me - My name is Manu and I work full time as a commercial property lawyer! I enjoy going to the gym, cooking, trying new recipes (which you will get to try 😉), having quiet evenings in after work, but also going out sometimes! I am very tidy and respectful as a flatmate and I have an outgoing personality so you’ll find it easy to talk to me! :)

I am looking for a female flatmate who is neat and tidy, respectful, and easy to get along with!

The flat is in a lively and safe location with schools nearby. Places you will find near the flat (1-5 min walk) include: Nisa Local, Asda Express, many other convenience stores, Grounded Brunch Restaurant, Grove Hall Park, many places to eat, Root 25 coffee shop, The Bow Bells restaurant, the Post Office, and much more! This means that you feel safe to come home late at night after a night out! Which is the safety I was looking for when I moved in here. As the flat is just off the main road, it is thankfully very quiet and peaceful inside! So best of both worlds!!
