This location is absolutely excellent. I can be at my workplace (in Central London) within 30 minutes door to door!! Its extremely convenient!

The room is an ensuite in a stunning flat in Bow. It is a 2 bed 2 bath flat. We each have our own bathroom. (Mine is just outside my room and yours will be inside your room)

Bills are not included in the rent and will be split between us evenly each month. In winter it could go to around £200. (this includes Council Tax, Wi-Fi, and Utilities)

My old flatmate is leaving the country, hence why the room is being advertised.

A bit about me - I am an outgoing, full time working professional who enjoys going to the gym, cooking, having quiet evenings in, but also going out once in a while. I am very tidy and respectful as a roommate and I am looking for someone who is the same!

This is not a party house.

I am looking for someone who is neat and tidy, female, a professional, it would be great if you are social so we can chat now and then (as we do live together!).
