Lovely double in Bow

Looking for a new house mate for double room in Bow to move in with us early/mid February. We are flexible with the move in date …

We are a tight nit group of friends who have lived together for the last 2 years and consist of 2 girls and 1 guy. I am French but Tess and Gavin are British :)

We do like to call our house a "family home" so we are looking for someone who would suit this spirit !

We like to spend a lot of time together watching Netflix, films and sports. Every now and again one of us might even make a meal for everyone to enjoy. On the weekends we will usually have a drink together at home or at the pub. We all enjoy music which ranges from techno, rock and indie music. We’d go festival together in the summer :)

We are looking for someone who is respectful of each others space and likes to socialise on the weekend.

The house is 3 floors with the living room and kitchen on the ground floor. The living room leads onto the garden which is perfect for a summer bbq or a get together with friends.

The first and second floor are identical in layout consisting of 1 medium sized double room and 1 large double room with a toilet between.

The available room is the medium double on the first floor The rent is £867.50 a month and the lease is for a year. The bills work out to be around £100 month.

The house is 2 mins walk from the DLR station Bow church and 10 mins walk from the underground station Bow Road, which has the district and Hammersmith & city lines. It take around 20-30 mins to get into the centre.

There is a large Tesco which is 15 mins walk away and an Asda or Nisa 5 walk if you're feeling lazy.
