Spacious Furnished Double Room in Bow

Hi! I’m looking for a housemate to share my ground-floor flat. The available room is a big double, part of a fairly new build, and comes furnished with:

Small double ottoman bed

Built-in wardrobe

Chest of drawers

Desk and chair

The flat has plenty of shared amenities:

Large bathroom with a bathtub

Small laundry room with washing and drying machines (ans a bit of storage)

Shared computer area

Fully equipped kitchen and living area with microwave, dishwasher, and an amazing coffee machine

Small sofa and home cinema setup and even an Arcade machine for some fun downtime

Best of all: a massive patio with a pergola and lots of seating perfect for relaxing or BBQ when weather allows it.

I’m looking for a friendly social and considerate housemate. I enjoy coffee chats and hanging out but prefer the house to stay relatively quiet on weekdays. Weekends are more flexible if you want to invite friends over.

A heads-up I play the drums so you can expect to hear my practice pad from 6–7 pm.
