I’m looking for a friendly and respectful flatmate to rent the double bedroom in my one-bedroom flat.

• The Flat: A clean and comfortable 1-bedroom property with a separate kitchen/living area and a large balcony.

• The Room: You will have exclusive use of the main double bedroom.

• The Arrangement: I will be living and sleeping in the living room area, which means the space is shared. You are welcome to use the living room when I am awake or out, but as it is also my bedroom, I will sometimes need the space for privacy.
