I’m sadly moving to a new city, so I’m looking for someone to take over my lovely room in a 3-bedroom flat in Bow. I’ve lived here for 3 years and it’s been a cosy, peaceful and genuinely happy home.

You’ll be sharing with two wonderful girls (26–29), both working 9–5. The vibe is friendly, relaxed and respectful: we enjoy the occasional chat or dinner together, but everyone values privacy and downtime. The house is clean, calm and drama-free.
🛏️ The Room
Bright and spacious, with great natural light. It comfortably fits a double bed, large wardrobe, shelving and a desk, with plenty of floor space left. Comes furnished.
📍 Location
Super well connected and ideal if you like staying active.
• Victoria Park: 25 min walk 🏃♀️🌳
• Transport: 2 min to Bow Church (DLR), 7 min to Bow Road (District/H&C), 15 min to Mile End (Central).
• Airport: National Express to Stansted – 3 min walk.
• Shops: 24/7 ASDA around the corner.

Ground floor, 1 bathroom with bathtub, fully equipped kitchen with dining table, washing machine, and access to a nice shared garden.
📝 Contract & Move-in
The tenancy is managed by an agency. The current contract runs until 9 July, with the possibility to renew for the whole house afterwards.
Move-in date: 10 January.
