Description
We are looking for a lovely individual to join our 4 bedroom house share in Bow, contract renewing mid May.
The other flatmates include; Amanda, 28, jeweler/ artist working nights in a bar. Joe, 31, freelancer in photography and film lighting. Jorge, 30, artist/ also freelancer in film industry.
We all live our irrgularly, not 9to5, scheduled lifestyles fairly separately but love to spend time with eachother when times naturally arise. We will share a drink together, have food together as well as respectfully keep to ourselves.
We all respect the shared house space keeping it clean and tidy for others, on occasion having friends over and perhaps the small gathering here and there. But definitely not a big houseparty type space.
We are looking for a lovely individual that would bring a vibe to the space in someway as well as respecting eachothers lives.
The rent and bills total to just under £1000pcm all in, give or take.
The contract is through an agency, move in date would be May 13th 2026. We are looking for someone that would like to stay longterm.
The double room is unfurnished. The Tennant leaving does have some small bits of furniture to sell which can be discussed on the viewing.
