Short term (2.5 months let)

Hello,

I will be out of the country for 2.5 months and I'm looking for someone to sublet my room. It's a lovely flat and fully furnished.

The room will be available for 2.5 months, with an option for month to month rent after until the end of tenancy (November 2026).

Ideally, looking for someone clean that is respectful to the space and the care my current flatmate and I have put into making it feel like home.

All bills come to a max of £210 (incl. WiFi, electricity, council tax, tv licence, water and heating- although this fluctuates the most). For more pictures, please send me a message. We can arrange a video call or I can provide additional information.
