Room Available, A Recently Refurbished Edwardian House in Bow church

The house is very well connected: just a 5-minute walk to the Bow Church DLR, an 8-minute walk to Bow Road station, and 5 minutes from local bus stops.

The Room:
Fully furnished with high ceilings and a beautiful period fireplace. It features huge windows that bring in a lot of natural light throughout the day, offers loads of floor space, and comes with a desk and chair.

The House:
The property has been recently refurbished. It has a huge kitchen and we have a separate dining room. Just outside the kitchen, there is a huge garden with a seating area that gets plenty of natural sunlight. We share all utensils and a wide range of kitchen appliances, so you do not need to bring your own. We also maintain a clean and tidy shared bathroom.

The Housemates:
You will be living with Arya, Avreen, and Abby (surprisingly, all three of our names start with A!).
- Abby works in the corporate event space and occasionally travels for work. She is a very warm person who likes going for walks.
- Aarya is a music artist who likes playing the guitar and has amazing music taste. She is a very caring person.
- Avreen (that is me) is the live-in landlord. I really like going to the gym and working out, I also like watching supernatural.

The Ideal Housemate:
We are looking for a kind, chill female housemate who is clean and tidy. We would love someone who enjoys socializing but also understands the importance of personal space. It is essential that you respect the house and do not need constant reminders about keeping shared spaces clean and tidy.
