10min to City or Canary Wharf!

We have a good size double room for rent between Mile End and Bow (E3 4DS). 2 mins from Bow Road tube, 10 min tube ride to the City (Bank/ Liverpool Street) or Canary Wharf. 20 min to West end/Oxford Circus.

My girlfriend and I both work in the City and find the commute very easy.

The flat is a new build, less than 2 yrs old and has Sky broadband & TV (in the living room). The room itself has a good double bed (bedding provided), built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and a flat screen TV and comes with exclusive use of the main bath room (as we have an en suite). All bills and a fortnightly cleaner are included in the rent. It also maybe possible to rent a space in the buildings secure car park, although this will have to be negotiated separately.

The room has previously only been used by friends and family occasionally but we have decided to rent it out Mon - Friday.
