Double Room in Flatshare Near Vicky Park

I'm looking for a lovely new person to join us in this amazing flat. This bright and cozy room, while a little smaller in size still fits a double bed, has a small build in wardrobe and some drawers. It could also fit a small desk. In addition to the room it comes with a huge storage/wardrobe just outside the bedroom.

I'm a friendly professional, who has been living in this flat for 8 years now. I work from home two days a week. I enjoy having a chat about our day or life in general (sometimes accompanied by a glass of wine or a nice meal together) or catching up on the latest Traitors episode in our lovely living room. I'm also always looking for willing participant in the local pub quiz ;) At the same time I'm respectful of anyones personal space and understanding the need to just come home and relax without talking to anyone. In addition, I'm out a lot catching up with friends or seeing a show. While this is not a party house, I'm having friends over every now and then, and your friends would be welcome as well!

The maisonette flat is situated in the heart of Bow. It has a bathroom and a separate guest toilet, a spacious kitchen and a nice big living room with a dinner table which can be used as work space. The house is full of light, thanks to the big windows, and it has plenty of storage on both floors.

The flat is located only 10 minutes away from Mile End Station (Central, Hammersmith&City, District lines), 15 minutes away from Bow Church (DLR) and a few minutes away from different bus stops (Number 8 and N8, goes right to Shoreditch and Central London and makes sure you get home even late at night ;)) Closest Overground Station is Hackney Wick.

There's a Tesco just down the road (literally 30 seconds away), along with a library and a gym. We are just off Roman Road, where you can find plenty of nice cafes, restaurants and more local grocery shops (fresh veggies!). Last but not least, we are a short walk away from Victoria Park - which is amazing all year round!!

I am looking for someone easy-going and socialable to live with who enjoys this nice place like I do!
