• The current lease rolls into its 2nd year on the 10th of July so we are looking for someone willing to sign a year-long lease. If you want to leave before the end of the contract, you must find someone to replace you on the tenancy. The letting agent has always been good about this.
• There is a £50 fee for changing the name on the tenancy
