The flat is occupied by two other female housemates (around 25-30 age).

The price is £950 pcm - bills included.

On top of this is an extra £25 / pcm which is for cleaning twice a month to keep communal areas and bathrooms clean.

Available 23 April 2024.

The room is a double bed and comes fitted with wardrobe, chair and bed.

The flat looks new and the interior is very modern, fully fitted with appliances and soft furnishings.

It is around a 10 minutes walk from Bow Road station and 15 minutes walk from Mile End station and also a short bus-ride away from Liverpool Street.

The housemates are female professionals (22-29 age) and do marketing and leisure.
