Hey, I'm Dani, 32 yrs old and working in central London. I have lived in London for 12+ years an I am looking for someone to join my lovely home!
I have a double ensuite with built in wardrobes available from the 6th September (sooner may be possible) and I am looking for my next flatmate as my current flatmate is moving back into her family home. The room is a huge double with a large private ensuite and comes with a bed and big built in wardrobe.
Room A: £1050
Room B: £1000
Please note the room is £50 more than the smaller bedroom and the contract total will be £2050.
My ideal flatmate is also female, a working professional, wants to join my lovely flat and treat it like a home and is also up for socialising and watching tv/films together!
The flat is great location, 2 mins walk from Bow Road station and less than 10 mins to Mile End. We are also 20 mins walk away from Roman Road/the canal and Victoria Park.
The deposit is £1067.30
Bills are roughly 150 PCM (slightly more in the winter)
