i have 2 Double rooms available in a shared Flat.

ROOM - 1
The first room comes with a balcony and its fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws and desk.

ROOM - 2
The second room is a super large king room which comes with 2x Wardrobe, Double bed and chest of draws

LOCATION
The flat is located 4 mins walk from Bow Road station which offers District Line and 8 mins walk to Bow Church station which offers DLR. There is also amazing bus route connection too along with local grocery shops at your door step.

BILLS
All bills are included which mean you don't have the headache i do!

EXISTING FLAT MATES
Currently the flat is occupied by 2 x males who are working professionals hence hardly home. (age range 35-37)
They are preferably looking for mature housemates who are working too and are preferably non smokers. If you are a smoker then you will have to smoke outside on the main balcony.
They are looking for housemates who are clean and willing to clean the flat when its their turn which works out as once a month as per the rota.!

STAY
minimum stay is 6 months - if you like the house and housemates and we all get along, i will be more than happy to renew contracts.
