A comfy living room
A fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher
You’ll also find plenty of pubs, cafes, and supermarkets within walking distance. We're also very close to Victoria Park!

You’ll be living with three working professionals (27–31).
We’re friendly, respectful and enjoy hanging out for a chat, meal, or drink when we’re around.
We keep the house tidy and peaceful.
Everyone contributes to cleaning, gardening, and shared supplies.
📜 Lease & Costs
Rent: £825 PCM
Bills: ~£120 PCM (varies)
Council Tax Band: E
We’re looking for someone to stay long-term, but we are open to short term sublets if the fit is right!
The landlord requires:
3 months bank statements
Employer name, position held, annual salary
Passport copy and visa (if applicable)
Proof of address for current address
Unfortunately, this means we can’t accept students or anyone currently unemployed.
