Room in Bow Road Available from 15th of September
I am moving out of my room in Bow from September and my contract expires at the end of May. However, you can overtake a contact and stay in the room longer if you would like to!:)
Rent: £880 and ALL bills included!! (Internet, council and utility!)
This is one of the best locations I have lived in. As it is Zone 2 and has 3 different tube lines (Central, District and Hammersmith even DLR)next to you! Also, the station is 1 min walk away from the flat.
also we are only 10 min walk away from Queen Mary Univerisity ( I used to walk everyday)
There are 5 of us and we are very chill, peaceful flat. Most of the time we all are doing our own things and do not really disturb each other.
Area:
The flat cannot be located even better than it is right now- we are 1 minute away from Bow Road station, that can connect you with Hammersmith& City or District Line;
We are 9 min walk away from Mile End Station- which pretty much takes you to central London in less than 20 minutes! And to Stratford in 5 minutes!
Very good links to Elizabeth Line, Jubilee and of course Bow Church DLR to Canary Wharf ( 12 min) is around 5 min walk from the apartment.

The apartment:
Stylish, modern & luxurious flat with excellent transport links situated within a 1900’s red brick apartment block complete with secure fob access. The apartment benefits from great natural light in all rooms with it being the only 1st floor apartment which also results in no adjacent neighbours.
Although advertised as no living room; the open plan kitchen area will have seating for dining and has more than enough space to accommodate socialising and guests.
We have modern kitchen and 2 bathrooms, one large with shower and a bath tub and a smaller separate toilet.
