Hi everyone 😊 I'm looking for someone to take over my room as I'll be moving to Edinburgh soon.
The flat is conveniently located in front of Bow Road Station (less than a minute walk), there is also a bus stop (25/205/425). You can easily walk to Mile End station (8 min) and Bow Church (5 min). The area is really nice and well connected, you're a tube stop away from Westfield Stratford and can get to central London in less than 20 minutes. For nature lovers like me, Mile End Park is only 10 min walk away! Downstairs there is an off licence and a pharmacy, Tesco and Asda are 4 min walk away, and there are many other shops in the surroundings.
The room has a double bed with 2 drawers underneath, a wardrobe, and a shelf. There is definitely a lot of storage. There are also a plastic storage with 4 drawers, a desk, a chair, and a mirror I brought in that I am happy to leave you.
As you can see from the pictures, the flat was fully renovated two years ago and has a nice modern decor. The flatmates are really lovely professionals who are always up for a chat but also very mindful in giving space and respecting boundaries, they are mainly at home to rest. I work from home and in the past 7 months I've barely seen more than one person at home during the day as they all work outside so the flat is generally very quiet.
The room will be available from the 25th of September. Minimum stay is 5 months. Rent is 900£, all bills are included. Feel free to message me and I'll be happy to provide further information and/or arrange a viewing.
