A large and light double room, furnished (bed and wardrobe (with space for a desk) in a newly renovated and spacious two bed flat located just 2 minutes walk from Bow Road Station and 7 minutes walk from Mile End Station.

Just a 15 minute walk to the delightful Victoria Park and 20 minutes to Hackney Wick.

You would be living with me, Sean (31). Civil servant. Loves a trip to the pub, a long run on a Sunday (bonus if followed by a coffee or roast). Looking for a pal as well as a housemate.

Rent is £1050. Bills approx £150pcm. Deposit is £1000.

Minimum stay 6 months but tenancy runs until May 2026
