Heya, I'm Jamie, my housemate is travelling for a few months and will be away from our fab Bow Road (E3) flat and I'm looking for a housemate.
I am a 28 year old professional working in the fashion retail industry (hybrid working office/home) outside of that I am an active member of a queer choir (the pink singers) with interests in music, art and theatre.
About the flat (as written by the housemate going away):
Spacious Room Available in Bow – December 7th, 2024 to July 7th, 2025 (7-month sublet)
Looking for a queer-friendly flatmate to sublet a large room in our gorgeous 2-bedroom apartment in Bow. The apartment is conveniently located right by Bow Road Station, with excellent transport links via the District and Hammersmith lines (1-minute walk) and the Central line at Mile End (5-minute walk). The DLR line at Bow Church is also just a 5-minute walk away.
About the Room:
Large, fully furnished room with a double bed, spacious wardrobe, and full-length mirror. Lots of storage space available.
Apartment Features:
• Cozy living room with TV and shared balcony.
• Shared and functional kitchen.
• Shared bathroom with a toilet, shower, and bath.
• Located in a charming Victorian building with beautiful brick walls.
Cost:
• £1,050 per month – includes rent, bills (Wi-fi included) , and council tax.
