I work in a Law firm in central London.

I have recently moved to a newly built very spacious fully furnished two bedroom apartment. It’s located near Bow Road station which is a 5 minute walk. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, so you will have your own bathroom.

The unit is fully furnished including the living room and the kitchen which has all the necessary appliances needed. There is a fully functioning washing machine with dryer. The flat also has its own balcony.

It’s a fully furnished double bedroom that I’m keen on renting out which has a double bed with brand new mattress, and 2 wardrobes

It’s a very clean, tidy and organised unit which is located in a posh and safe zone.
The total number of people who will be living in the flat is going to be 2 including me. The rent is £1040 (excluding bills)
