Hi there!

We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our cozy and spacious 3-bedroom flat from January 4th, 2025.

About Us:
We’re two female professionals in our mid-30s, working full-time:

I’m a massage therapist with Tuesdays and Thursdays off.
Michaela is a store manager with Sundays and Mondays off.

Neither of us works from home, but we’re flexible if you do.

The Room:
En suite with a private balcony.
Rent: £1200 (bills included).
Deposit: £800.

The Flat:
Very spacious and homely, with plenty of shared storage in the hallway for coats, shoes, and suitcases.
Open-plan kitchen with another balcony, plenty of fridge and cupboard space, a dishwasher, and a washer/dryer.
Shared living room for relaxing or hanging clothes to dry.

What We’re Looking For:
We keep the flat clean and tidy, sharing costs for cleaning products and essentials. There’s no strict cleaning rota, but we’d like someone responsible who respects the shared space and would contribute to keep the common areas clean and tidy as we do.

We’re friendly and polite but lead busy lives and value our independence. This isn’t a party flat, and we’re not looking for a new best friend—but we’re always up for a friendly chat when time and mood allow!

Important Info:
No smoking, vaping, or drugs inside the flat.
Unfortunately, no pets allowed.
The tenancy is until January 4th, 2026, with the possibility of extension (we’ve had a great relationship with the landlord and plan to stay long-term).

As the flat is rented through an agency, passing their checks will be required.
