Looking for working professionals preferably around the ages of 25-30.

Lovely spacious room to rent with lots of natural light in Bow, East London. There is one shared bathroom (shower + bathtub), a living room and kitchen (with a gas stove, washer & dryer and dishwasher). Nearest stations are Bow Road station (District and Hammersmith and City Line) a 6-8 minute walk away, Mile End (Central Line) a 10 minute walk away and Bow Church DLR station 2 minute walk away (with DLR links into Canary Wharf and Stratford). Ideal for working in the City/Canary Wharf and Stratford / Mile End provides easy links into London Bridge and Central London (Mayfair / Soho / Holborn etc). Bills are roughly £200 each a month (all bills included in this sum). The flat is under Tower Hamlets Council tax band C.

I am a 25 year old female young professional working in a legal and compliance team in the asset management industry. I enjoy going to the gym, horse riding, cooking, shopping, going out for drinks and dinner with my friends. I am tidy and I prioritise having a clean space especially in the shared spaces in the living room, kitchen and bathroom. I enjoy being social and sometimes doing things together when we’re both free like grabbing drinks, making and having dinner together, having a chat after work and/or watching tv together etc.
