Flatmate Takeover

Hi everyone,

We're advertising our super cute ensuite room in our Bow Flat, for a four month period!

Our flat is amazingly connected, with bus stops that take you into central London, and all around East London 30 seconds from the door. We are a couple minute walk away from Bow Church DLR, and six minutes from Bow Road Tube Station. Not to mention, the amazing non-profit art gallery a 1 min walk away, pubs, cafes and restaurants on our doorstep, great connections to Westfield Stratford and we are a 15 min bus away from Victoria Park.

The flat itself does not have a living room, although one huge bedroom has a sofa and TV, so we spend a lot of time chilling in there. You will have your own ensuite, as pictured. You're probably wondering whether you'd want to move in to a flat with no living room, but all Bills are included, except council tax at £60 a month.

You'll be moving in with two super busy friends, one that has just started their job in London (wfh 2/3 days a week) and one that is finishing up their university placement year. We're really social, so tend to be out most evenings whether it's going to the gym, seeing friends, or exploring East London. I love coming home to our flat, to eat, reset and relax.

We call this flat a "transitional" flat, a great safe place to stay whilst figuring things out in life. The tenancy is up in August, so if you're looking to move to London, whether it's for your job, grad programme, placement, student summer living, you'd be in a great location, with a chill couple of girls, in a place where you can figure out your next steps!

About you: all we ask is for you to be clean, we're easy going people and open to any different type of person! We each have our own hobbies and friendship groups, we don't do much hosting, but will get to know you and involve you however much you feel comfortable to allow us to! There's no pressure here.
