I’ve had a large double room open up in my gorgeous 2 bed 2 bath in Bow, E3!
Perfect for a professional, move in from June 1st.
The Flat:
This is a two bed flat with two bathrooms - my room is ensuite so you will have the main bathroom to yourself! The flat comes fully furnished and fully equipped in terms of electrical appliances (fridge/freezer, washing machine, electric vacuum, toaster, microwave, etc.).
There is a huge living room with balcony and loads of space to store your stuff. Also, there is an access to terrace of the flat which is shared with the rest of flats in the building and it is amazing for sunny days.
The Room:
The room is fully furnished and ready to move- in. It has a double bed as you see in the pictures and there is a 3-door wardrobe as well.
The Area:
The flat is located in Bow E3, in a quiet residential road where you have many options in terms of gyms/grocery shops etc. There is Tesco and Sainsbury’s nearby, a big Lidl and of course, M&S and Waitrose near Mile End and Stratford.
It is 10 minutes walking to Victoria Park!
- 4min walk to the bus station towards central London and Stratford
- 15min walk to Bow Road station (Hammersmith, District)
- 18min walk to Hackney Wick (Overground)
Current and Future Flatmate:
You’ll be sharing the flat with me, I’m a multidisciplinary designer, age 28, she/they and it would be nice to find someone vaguely similar age. I like the occasional dinner and hosting friends over, the flat has mostly become a calm and relaxed space to unwind after a long day at work.
I’m ideally looking for someone with a similar lifestyle, someone who values a clean, easy-going home rather than a party flat. Occasional hosting is of course absolutely fine, but overall it’s a pretty chilled environment. Unfortunately not looking for couples.
For some technicalities: Future tenant must meet annual salary requirement to pass landlord’s reference checks. Moving in date should be on or after the 1st of June, following referencing.
Rent is £1075 pcm and bills are around £150.
