Cozy Flat Zone 2 East London Bow

I'm a 27 year old working professional looking for an easy going flat mate. I'm openminded and easygoing. I can speak English and Cantonese.

This is a furnished new build with two bedrooms, a stylish living room with a large flat screen TV, wide balcony overlooking the garden, and a modern kitchen.

You will be sharing the flat with me. I am quite sensible, do not like smoking, occasionally drink (quite rare to be honest) but prefer cups of tea, travelling and shopping. The room available to rent is a small cozy room with a new spacious wardrobe and double bed.

2 mins walk to Bow Church DLR, 3 mins to Bow road underground. 2 mins walk to bus stop (direct bus to west end/ oxford circus). Walking distance to Queen Mary University. Added bonus is that the flat is only minutes away from Westfields shopping centre (2 stops or around 5-10 minutes on the DLR) so ideal for shoppaholics like myself :)
