Double Bed 5Mins From Bow Rd Station

Double room available 5 minute walk from Bow Rd tube station and a 12 minute walk from Queen Mary University. This is friendly share-house, with a mix of young professionals and students. The apartment faces a large, green community garden.

The room has a large built-in wardrobe. The double room is not available until the 25th, but you can move in right away and stay in a vacant single room for a reduced rate until it is free.

Rent is charged the first of every month, £10 per week extra for couples.

I will be holding an inspection of the place on Monday afternoon, so please contact me if you are interested and that day suits you. If you want the room you will be expected to provide a holding deposit on the day, otherwise I will continue to give inspections of the room until it is taken.
