Two Double rooms in beautiful semi detached house

We are looking for two Lodgers to join a quiet house share.

It would be great if you already know one another! However, we want two separate Lodgers; not sharing one room.

Individuals can also apply.

About The House:

2 double bedrooms are available. Bedroom 1 smaller than Bedroom 2.

Bedroom 1: first floor, faces the back garden & has light decor, a large window and double wardrobe. There is a chest of drawers outside the room for extra storage.

Bedroom 2: first floor, the larger double bedroom overlooks the front garden & is very bright with large windows. Spacious enough for your own desk. There is a wardrobe & large dresser for storage.

The kitchen, dining room, living room & downstairs bathroom are all shared. Including a washer, dryer and dishwasher.

The Area:

Street parking is available on CPZ, which is approx. £70.00 per year in Haringey, we're in a LEZ zone. The nearest stations are Bowes Park rail (5 min walk), Bounds Green tube (10 min walk) and Wood Green tube (20 min walk). Frequent buses also operate.

There is a small local high street with lots of shops, a gym, salons and holds a food market once a month. Tesco Express is a 3 min walk away. Alexandra Palace is also a 20min walk through the thames water green way.

The Household:

I am a live-in landlord, working in Film Production. I like being outdoors or in the Theatre. My mother, Judy, is 67, & is working as a part-time carer. She's into growing flowers, books & galleries.

Bills:

Basic bills; energy, council tax, water, broadband & TV are included in the rental cost.
Bill calculations will be fairly split between all household.

Work-from-home does effect the bills; so please advise on your work schedule.

Additional bills - we have a Cleaner every 2-weeks and this cost will also be shared between the household. All detergents for clothing washes, shared dishwasher & cleaning products are also not included in the bills cost.

There will be a £40 cleaning fee at the end of the lodger agreement.
