I’m looking for a friendly and easygoing female professional to share the flat. The rent is £800 per month, all-inclusive. Or £650 plus bills. (Approx. £150 each month)
The flat is 5-minute walk to Bowes Park station (direct line to Moorgate) and 10 minutes to Wood Green station.

There is a double bed, desk, and wardrobe in the bedroom and shared lving room, kitchen, bathroom, and garden.
Facilities: Washing machine/dryer, fridge/freezer, gas cooker.

I’m in the office four days a week and usually have a simple meal at home in the evening. In my free time, I enjoy reading, theatre, cinema, art, and long nature walks. It would be great to live with someone like-minded who enjoys the occasional good conversation.
