Large bedroom available in a two bedroom flat

I’m looking for a friendly and easygoing female professional to share the flat with. I’m the flat owner and don’t mind being responsible for all the cleaning, providing all cleaning products, toilet paper, kitchen towels, TV license, council tax and Netflix/prime account.

The flat is 10 minutes walk to Bowes Park station (direct line to Moorgate) and 10 minutes to Wood Green station.

There is a double bed, desk, and wardrobe in the bedroom and shared living room, kitchen, bathroom, and garden.

Facilities: Washing machine/dryer, fridge/freezer, gas cooker.

I’m in the office four days a week and usually have a simple meal at home in the evening. In my free time, I enjoy reading, theatre, cinema, art, and long nature walks. It would be great to live with someone like-minded who enjoys the occasional good conversation.
