Hi there!

We have an amazing double room available in a 5-bedroom house, and we're looking for someone to move in between June 1st-5th. We are currently 3 girls and 2 boys living in the property. Non-smokers only please. Artists/creatives welcome!

The bedroom will be let UNFURNISHED, except for the double bed.
UPDATE: Our housemate has mentioned he would be willing to leave behind the clothing rack, desk, bookshelf and shoe rack (shown on the pictures) for a bit of money, if someone is interested.

The property is a three-storey house with a converted loft in very good condition, with 2 toilets and showers, a nice big kitchen, a big garden with a shed, a big living room with huge sound system, TV and game consoles.

The property is very well located, 1 min walk to Bowes Park rail station, 5-min walk to Bounds Green on the Piccadilly Line, Tesco is only 5 min walk away, 1-min walk to Myddleton Road with fantastic Greek takeaways and late off-licence shops close by, fancy cafes, brewery, big gym... Fairly close to Wood Green as well, with big mall, cinemas, and more.

RENT: £392/month (roughly £440 per month including council tax and braodband).
NO DEPOSIT NEEDED.
MOVE IN DATE: Ideally looking for someone who could move in between June 1st-5th, 2024
