x1 lovely double room in maisonette in Bounds Green. Room is furnished with double bed x2 tall boy sets of drawers and open-style wardrobe with hanging and storage space.

The house is clean and on a fairly quiet, residential road. I am looking for a flatmate to take our spare room. Currently living in the flat are x2 women, both independent professionals. We are looking for a clean, considerate and independent person to slot into a relaxed, homely environment.

We have an adorable cat so will need someone who is okay with cats. It's fine to have people round provided it's not late during the week as not wanting a party house and one of us is up really early for work. There's a big garden so would welcome anyone into gardening!

The property is located less than 10 minute walk to Bounds Green Tube, and 4 mins from Bowes Park Overground. You can get to both Kings Cross and Old Street in under 30 mins.

We don't want someone who smokes in the house but fine occasionally out of the window or in the garden.
