The month of July, the new flatmate will be sharing the flat with my friend Eli, she is a professional 27 years old Spanish girl, then the month of August, the new flatmate will be sharing the flat with myself - I am full time professional 30 years old canarian girl. I will be away for the whole month of July and then my friend will be away for the whole month of August, hence why we are only renting it for short term.
We are both very tidy, clean and very chilled.
No deposit needed and all bills are included in the price. There is a Tesco Express around the corner and less than 10 min walk to Wood Green Station.
