1 large bedroom in spacious friendly flat

Hi there!
Me and my friend Jamie are on the lookout for a new flatmate to share this lovely home.

The flat is just a 10-15 minute walk from Bounds Green and Bowes Park stations, so it’s super handy for getting into central London. We also have Ally Pally right next door which is really nice.

The communal area has a big kitchen/dining space that flows into the living room — perfect for cooking together, relaxing, or just hanging out after work. The flat gets loads of natural light and has its own private garden with a patio and lawn, which is a great spot in the warmer months.
The available room is a spacious double (part furnished but flexible), with plenty of room for a bed, TV, desk, and storage. There’s a large bathroom shared with just one other person with a bath, plus a separate toilet, so no morning rush dramas! The garden has a private bike shed aswell and there’s also a parking space at the property if you need it.
A little about us: I’m 29, easygoing, and always up for a laugh or new adventure. I enjoy chilled evenings with a good film or series, eating out, and exploring new spots around London. I’ve been in this flat for two years with friends who are moving on, so I’m hoping to find someone fun and friendly to start a new chapter here. I work from home a couple of days a week, so if you’re remote too, happy to share a coffee break! Jamie is 28, also very easy going and likes footy and a cheeky pint and has been living with me in the flat for a year now. Jamie works from home a few days and goes in on the others and we both work in central London.

• Council Tax: Band D – around £72 per month
• Bills: About £80 per month (depending on energy use)
