I am looking for new flat mates to live with in this amazing flat. Located a 10/15 minute walk away from Bounds Green and Bowes Park Station, there is great access to central London with a parking spot also available.

The communal area has a large kitchen/dining room that links through to the living room, with plenty of room for cooking and relaxing after work. There is lots of natural light into the property, with a private garden area consisting of a patio and lawn.

The rooms available are large double bedrooms, with the current tenants easily fitting in a double bed with a tv and desk space as seen in the photos. There is also a large shared bathroom with a bath and another separate toilet.

I am open to male or female professional, aged between 25 - 35 years of age. Cleanliness is a must.

A bit about me... I am a 28 year old male professional, who is very chilled and up for a laugh and adventure. I enjoy down time and binging a good tv show/movie, as well as eating out and exploring places to see. I have lived in this property for the last year with 2 close friends who are now moving on for various reasons. I have really enjoyed living here however and am staying, and look forward to the next chapter here with new people. I tend to work from home a couple days a week, so would be open to other work from homers to share my coffee breaks with.

I am expecting a high volume of interest, so I may not be able respond to everyone.

Council Tax Band D - £63 pp a month. Rent and bills approx £950 (fluctuates with energy usage)
