Double bedroom for rent

Hi there

I am looking for a tenant on a month by month basis (with 30 days notice to vacate the premises and the first months rent up front. Had a really big issue with my last lodger so its important that won't happen again. Unlesss the lodger is able to pay for x amount of months upfront.

We have made a few changes., converting the kitchen into a kitchen-diner, moving the washing machine into the bathroom and making the room more spacious by removing the cupboard creating another method to hang clothes without taking as much space. A bed frame with an underneath compartment can be included or a set of draws. A desk can be included aswell.
