Double Room, en suite and a view

We are looking for a flatmate to fill the third room in our flat. The room is very luminous and spacious, furnished with a double bed, a desk and a big wardrobe. The private bathroom is fully furnished with a walk-in shower and a skylight. The room and bathroom take up the whole of the top floor of the duplex flat. Our communal area is a big kitchen/living room with two sofas, a projector and big windows. Everything is fully furnished and functional. We also have a balcony/terrace. Bills are about £50 per person, including broadband. We do not currently pay council tax as we are both students.
Our flat is part of a lovely terraced townhouse which we share with two other flats beneath us. The street is very warm, and has a strong sense of community. It is full of small businesses (bakeries, cafés, independant gym) and vibrant bars/restaurants and also hosts a monthly market. We are a 2 minute walk from Bowes Park station and 7 minute walk from Bounds Green and the Piccadilly Line, the street also has multiple bike lockers. There are two tescos within a 7 minute walk, as well as multiple corner shops on the street.
