1 Month Sublet

[1-MONTH SUBLET] Hi, we have a lovely double room in our 4 bedroom house on sublet opening up on 10 December 2025 for one month (move-out 10 January 2025). Bills about £70-80 a month.

We're just a 3 minute walk from Myddleton Road which includes lovely shops and cafes as well as a little monthly market. We're only a 5 minute walk from Tesco and several other grocery stores and a 12 minute walk from Bounds Green station. Wood Green High Street is a 10 minute bus ride away and includes cheap movie theatres as well as a mall and other amenities.

We have a very cozy home and enjoy hanging out around the dinner table and in the living room. Flatmates include a filmmaker, costume designer, data scientist and electrician but we all love art and enjoy cooking for each other etc. We'd like someone tidy but will always be agreeable and understanding about chores etc. The house has two full bathrooms, a big kitchen, a shared living room and a garden.

When applying, please mention when you could move in and when you'd like to view. Unfortunately, our landlord does not allow pets and our house is too crowded for couples.
