I'm looking for someone to take over my room in North London.
It's a very spacious room with lots of storage in a very big house: 3 bedrooms, 2 floors, 2 bathrooms, garden and living room.
The closest tube station is Wood Green (Piccadilly line) and Bowes Park (national rail) and you can walk to both in 15 min. There's also a lot of busses that go to Wood Green station from down the road and the N29 Bus goes all the way to Trafalgar Square (ideal for a night out!)
The rent is £700, bills are not included and and they would roughly come to £150 pm with council tax, gas and electricity, water and wifi.
The room will be free from the 23rd of December but I'm flexible with it given the holidays circumstances.
