Room in Bowes Park Garden Flat

I'm putting the spare room in my flat up for rent to help with the bills while I retrain to be a carpenter/furniture maker after a redundancy.

The flat is on a pretty quiet road in Bowes Park, which is a lovely little area that's in between loads of busier areas so you're never far from any amenities. It's about a 15 minute walk to Wood Green or Palmers Green and a 15 min bike ride to Muswell Hill or Green Lanes. The area has a nice little high street which other than a betting shop is full of independent shops.

You'll be sharing with me (Luke, 34, working as a climbing instructor) and my two cats Ellie and Echo. Echo loves people so you'll make fast friends but Ellie is a little on the shy side so might not appreciate your presence at first.

The flat would suit a creative type as that's very much what I am. I'm a musician and make art when I've got the time too. I'm also a very keen gardener and have turned the back garden into an allotment/dining area for the summer. I'm trying to grow as many as my own veggies from home as I can.

The room is currently my music studio/painting room but I'll clear it for you to move into, it measures 390 x 300 (approx) and has built in shelves. You'll have to bring your own bed but there's a few bits that won't fit in my room so I'm happy to let you have them if you want, otherwise I'll put them on Gumtree.
You can also paint the room if you want (I'll help), I've not got around to it yet.

Flat has all the usual amenities Fibre Internet, Washing Machine, Drier, Coffee Machine, PS5 etc.

I'm not sure what bills will come to once an additional person moves it but I would think it would be in the £100/£120 ballpark in addition to the rent.
