Large double room, 5 mins from the Northern Line

Hello! My name is Sian I am looking for a housemate to come and live with me and my dog, Luna, in our flat in NW11.

The flat is a ground-floor maisonette in a great location; we're a five-minute walk from Brent Cross tube station and within very close walking distance to Brent Cross Shopping Centre, Tesco Extra and Golders Green High Street. There is street parking available and we're really close to the M1 if you're someone who drives and likes a quick getaway out of London!

The room available is a large double room with lots of natural light - and also has blackout blinds for any nightshift people out there! It is fully furnished with a double bed, two wardrobes, two shelved cabinets and a big full-length mirror. The rest of the flat consists of 1.5 bathrooms - we have both a bath and a separate shower unit in the main bathroom and an extra toilet/sink in the half-bathroom. There is a large living/dining room and a private garden with both a decking area and a lawn.

I am in my early thirties and work a 9-5, usually working from home about one day a week. I'm pretty social and would love to live with someone who loves a shared dinner or a film marathon on the sofa, but where we can still enjoy our own space when we need it. I have a dog called Luna who is a Jack Russell Cross, she is pretty chill and firmly believes she runs the house! She can usually be found curled up on the sofa, but may try and entice you into a game of fetch.

The flat is £850 a month plus bills - bills are currently approx £150 a month with internet, gas and electric and council tax, so it is likely to work out as £1000pcm all in. Happy to discuss bill breakdown if you have any questions!
