The house one washroom and two toilet, washing machine and a dryer.

Bills are not included and depending on the season they come to around 150-160 per person.

The property is 5 mins walk from Brent Cross Station and 10 mins walk from Golders Green Station. Both on northern line with easy and quick commute into central London.

All the current tenants are working professionals who like to keep the house neat and tidy. We would love for similar liked minded person to join us.
