• Georgia (30) – works in the music industry
We enjoy spending time together – whether that’s cooking and eating in the living room, watching TV, going for walks, grabbing drinks or dinner, exploring new areas of London, or even travelling. We’re looking for someone sociable, kind, and respectful, who shares similar interests and values. Cleanliness is also really important to us – we keep the flat tidy and appreciate someone equally mindful of this.

• Professional (hybrid work ok)

• Happy with professionals who work hybrid
• Looking for a friendly home rather than just a room
About the Flat
• Spacious, bright room with large storage cupboard and private en-suite shower + sink
• £801 per month
• Bills (incl. council tax): approx. £167 max in winter
• Everyone has their own shower! Plus, there are 2 toilets in the flat
• Contract currently rolling (20th Sept – 20th Oct) but will be renewed for 6 months (Oct – April). Contact can be further renewed post April for the same or longer duration.
Location
• 2 minutes’ walk to Brent Cross (Northern Line)
• 10 minutes to Camden, 30 minutes to Tottenham Court Road
• Close to Hampstead, Belsize Park, Angel, and other beautiful areas
• 5 minutes’ walk to a big Tesco superstore
• 10 minutes’ walk to Brent Cross Shopping Centre
• Golders Green nearby with great cafes, shops, and transport. Another perk is the handy national express coaches which take you to Luton/Stansted airports.
