Looking for a 2 bed house or flat

I’m a full time working mum currently looking for a 2 double bedroom house or flat to rent long-term. I’ve been in my current rental for the last 4 years but we’ve outgrown it now and need more space.

Ideally I’m looking around Brent Cross / Cricklewood (or close by) as my dependent attends school locally, so I need to stay within the area.

I’d love somewhere with a garden or balcony, and I’d prefer a separate kitchen rather than open plan, although I’m open to the right place. One bathroom is fine but it must have a bath. Storage and good natural light are really important too.

Gas and electric preferred, parking is needed, and ideally the property would be unfurnished.
