The flat is rented as a whole this means it is each of our responisibility to pay our portion of the rent and if leaving, find a replacement for the room you vacate.

Each of us will take responsibility for a bill or few bills. And each month we use splitwise to pay eachother. 

The flat is kept very clean and tidy and the flatmates respect eachother. Female household preferably.
If having visitors over we let eachother know as its polite just to give a heads up.

The room itself is unfurnished ,however i am happy to leave the bed and mattress if you would prefer. The flat has two bathrooms, one has a shower ,another has a bath. All shared. Any questions, feel free to ask.

We are 2 minute walk from brent cross tube station on the northern line so its easy to get into central london.  5 minute walk to big tesco and 10 minute walk to brent cross shopping centre. The house is very calm and age of tenants is late 20s -30s

Looking for someone to move in july or august time. Rent is paid on the 12th of each month so its easier if moving in on this date.
